I’m fighting a cold which includes an annoying cough, etc. but I wanted to get outside and enjoy the freedom to work out after sleeping in since I AM ON SPRING BREAK FOR THIS ENTIRE WEEK! Woo Hoo!
I didn’t want to make anything worse, so I kept today’s workout simple and easy but still got my sweat on.
I will be making some MAJOR changes to the blog this week. I think for the better, so stay tuned :)
